At the heart of this holiday is a week is reflection and gratitude. For this year, especially, I want to take a moment to thank our loyal customers, partners, and team members for their cooperation and resiliency through this time. This year, our team came together, worked hard, and didn’t miss a beat when adjusting and meeting customer needs. We stayed positive, and today’s we’re a stronger company because of this.

As we enter the holiday season, I can’t express more deeply the gratitude I have for each and every member of the Forcivity team. This has been a challenging year for all of us – both personally and professionally. In addition to being awesome teammates, our team members are incredible moms and dads, and amazing partners and spouses. Some of them are now school teachers too, juggling work, home life, and school time for their families! Through it all, they have persevered, continuing to support each other fanatically. I could not be more proud to work side by side with each and every one of them.

In January, Forcivity signed a lease for a new office for our growing team. We were excited, hosted a great open house, and had many big plans for our new space. With the shift to work-from-home because of Covid-19, we came together and supported our customers not from our shiny new office, but from our homes. I’m thankful for the employees that managed this shift and our new employees who joined during this time.

In 2020, I was so grateful to be recognized for our company’s growth with the announcement of Forcivity being ranked #157 in the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America List, specifically #1 in the Granite State. I’m thankful to experience the continued growth in the past four years at an impressive 2400% revenue growth.

This year focused on adaptability and providing services for our clients as their needs rapidly changed to remote work, and we were a natural extension of their teams. We’re grateful to be able to provide this service for customers and the hard work of our employees who put our clients first.

We wish everyone a Happy and safe Thanksgiving!
