Position Purpose

Define business and project solutions that deliver measurable results while providing Salesforce best practices consultative guidance to customers and the delivery team.

Responsibilities & Measures of Success

  • Efficiently lead discovery and documentation on multiple (3-4) complex projects
  • Effectively engage and lead discovery sessions with Salesforce.com customers and team members by determining needs, understanding complex business processes and defining and documenting requirements.
  • Lead work sessions to design and prototype the Salesforce.com application based on customer needs and Salesforce.com best practices
  • Lead standard Salesforce implementation and configuration
  • Assist in creation of use and/or test cases and facilitate or participate in system test
  • Earn and/or maintain Salesforce.com certifications to enable Forcivity to earn Gold Partner status
  • Accurately capture project hours and log hours worked on weekly basis

Qualifications: Required & Desired

  • Required: Certified Salesforce Administrator and at minimum one of the following:
    • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
    • Certified Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant
  • Ability to configure standard Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations
  • Experience with Field Service Lightning desired
  • Experience creating process flows using Lucid Chart/Vizio
  • Experience in working complex business environments
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets
  • Ability to meaningfully articulate Salesforce terminology, processes, functionality, and architecture.

  • Experience using KROW PSA is desirable but will train the right candidate
  • Experience using JIRA desired by not required
