Steve Baines, CEO and Founder of Forcivity

Steve Baines

Founder & CEO

Steve is a tech nerd and solutions expert with a passion for high-tech start-ups, Steve has accrued over 20 years of leading strategic and operational technology endeavors. He is a co-founder of BevNow and Compass Healthcare, and founder of Poised Solutions and now Forcivity.

Outside of work, Steve has volunteered as a member of Crispin’s House Coalition for Youth Juvenile Court Diversion Committee since 2006. Steve also is a founding member of the Northeast Dreamin’ organizing committee and is the leader of the Manchester New Hampshire Salesforce Developer group. Steve is a self-proclaimed pool shark and has also been known to have a great time dressing up for Halloween. 

Steve is a Salesforce.com Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and is also a Salesforce MVP. He holds multiple degrees; BS in Accounting & Finance, MS in Information Technology and an MBA, all from Southern New Hampshire University. 

Steve is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Ben Yaris, CTO of Forcivity

Chief Technology Officer

Ben has over 10 years of architecture and development experience, senior web developer/software engineer/tech entrepreneur and leads everything engineering at Forcivity. He studied multimedia and graphic design and is a Certified Sitecore Developer.

Ben has worked for a number of companies, including Puma and Connective DX. He has deployed over 30 projects on desktop, mobile and web platforms, specializing in front end development.

A self-proclaimed car and golf addict, Ben participates in many charity golf events and car cruises. With Ben’s abilities to channel the force into a Salesforce app, Forcivity is no doubt set to be in hyperdrive to assist its customers!

Greg Jankowski, Chief Product Officer at Forcivity

Greg Jankowski

Chief Product Officer

Greg is a true believer in the force of the customer experience and has held a variety senior level positions at Ipswitch, Inc. and Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp., developing and leading programs and projects to enhance the customer experience, elevate customer success, and drive user advocacy.

Greg started the 1st online SolidWorks community (comp.cad.solidworks) and continues his work and passion for online communities. He is also the author of the books; SolidWorks for Dummies, and SolidWorks for AutoCAD Users.

Greg loves driving top down in his Corvette on long, windy roads. He also likes hockey (just watching these days), and any game from the Call of Duty franchise.

Greg holds a MS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS in Computer Science – Software Engineering from Carroll University.

Marylynn Costa, Vice President, Service Delivery

Marylynn is an experienced program manager and strategic leader with a talent for asking the right questions. Committed to understanding each customers’ unique processes and needs she connects the vision to the details.

Before joining Forcivity she held senior positions in a variety of industries including banking, hospitality and higher education. She holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Project Management and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Media Studies from Plymouth State University.

Marylynn is lucky enough to live in the foothills of the White Mountains with her husband and darling Bichon, Caillou. She loves to cook and spends her free-time hiking, cycling, and back-country skiing.

Carol Morse, Vice President, Customer Engagement

Carol had more than 12 years of nonprofit management experience before making the jump to a career in the digital marketing and technology industry. Through project and account management roles she has honed an unmatched talent for keeping clients happy, engaged, and loyal.

At Forcivity, she uses her skills to make sure each one of our clients is satisfied with their projects and keeps them engaged to make sure the solution keeps working for them as they inevitably grow.

Carol is a New Hampshire native who enjoys any outdoor activity, especially running, biking, and hiking. A woman of many talents, she knows how to juggle and once studied stand-up comedy (which she likes to practice on her coworkers).

Carol received a B.S. in Political Science from Skidmore College, and her Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Jim brings over 20 years  of development and architecture experience to the Forcivity team and is passionate about delivering truly innovative solutions centered around the Salesforce.com platform. His skillset and agility have led to his contributions on the successful launch of numerous projects varying across client type, size, scope and complexity.

Before joining Forcivity he held various Principal Engineer/Architect positions in the commercial and financial services industry. He holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.

Jim is an avid believer in the non-profit world and has collaborated with various non-profit organizations over the years.  He enjoys donating his time and talent to help non-profits understand and adopt Salesforce as their platform.

Kevin Abood, Vice President, Sales and Revenue at Forcivity

Kevin Abood

Vice President, Sales & Revenue

Kevin joins Forcivity with 15+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership. He currently leads software sales and revenue, focusing on the next phase of product growth. Having worked and consulted for various size SaaS organizations, he brings a wide breadth of go-to market experience to help accelerate Forcivity’s product growth strategy.

Kevin is happy to call New Hampshire home as he continues to focus on building and supporting the local tech-startup community.

He holds a B.A. from Georgia State University with multiple sales methodology certifications. He lives in Londonderry, NH with his wife Faith and 2 kids, Isla and Ashton.
