(Manchester, NH, April 14, 2020) – Forcivity, a leader in building engaging Salesforce Solutions and Communities, announced today it is now officially offering a new service in Salesforce Health Cloud. As Salesforce is providing additional services and resources through Salesforce Health Cloud, Forcivity is committed to working with customers through this global pandemic. The New Hampshire-based company is also proud to announce it has completed its first Health Cloud project with Geneia, a healthcare analytic solutions and services company.

Salesforce Health Cloud enables a seamless experience across the entire patient journey, from acquisition and onboarding, through engagement, care management and retention. For companies using Health Cloud, Forcivity can offer a variety of services including structural & architectural design.

“Over our careers the team at Forcivity has developed a deep expertise in all aspects of Salesforce,” said Steve Baines, CEO, Forcivity. “The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the urgency that is needed in our healthcare system for the influx of demand on already strained resources. There is a need for efficient, speedy healthcare delivery. We are excited to use our expertise to help health care companies who are doing work that will improve the quality of people’s lives both today and for years to come.”

Forcivity first began its partnership with Geneia back in 2019 and has been one of the critical partners working with Geneia on its Theon® Platform for Care Management of COVID-19 Patients, a free, lightweight version of its existing care management platform which allows a healthcare organization’s employee to gather pertinent information to route the patient to the appropriate next best action or outcome.

Healthcare organizations can license the platform at no cost until September 30, 2020. The project is an example of the great working collaboration between Geneia and Forcivity.

“Forcivity is one of Geneia’s trusted partners,” said Heather Lavoie, President and CEO, Geneia. “They have a deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and how to leverage the streamlined platform that connects people, data, and processes. They can quickly guide companies with their passionate and dedicated team.”
