(Manchester, NH, August 27, 2020) – Forcivity, a leader in designing, building and implementing engaging Salesforce Solutions and Communities, recently completed a multi-dimensional project powered by Salesforce with its latest customer, RentVue, a full-service automated property management tool.

The dashboard, part of RentVue’s Smart Manager, makes property management easier for property owners. Based on the vision from RentVue, Forcivity leveraged Salesforce as its base to create the platform. It automates many of the time-consuming tasks like lease management and renewal, repair tickets and maintenance, and legal maneuvers including evictions, drastically reducing the up-front property management costs that owners typically face, which can be up to 10 percent of the rent.

“Forcivity provided the critical missing link to complete the company’s vision,” stated Dave Normand, co-founder of RentVue. “With our initial nation-wide partnerships, we can aggressively scale and easily integrate into its technology in those networks to gain access to the resources, support, and the communities that is needed to compete and succeed in today’s rental market. Forcivity’s advanced knowledge of Salesforce Community builds was a perfect fit for what RentVue wanted to accomplish and gave us the platform to continue to support ongoing property management and maintenance obligations.”

“We have a strong ability to quickly react to changing markets and rapidly build a robust app to meet a demand need. At Forcivity, we pride ourselves on the experience and expertise that we can bring to a project,” said Steve Baines, Forcivity Founder and CEO. “Working with RentVue, we knew there needed to be an easy interface for users to interact with, but that there would be various layers of data to maintain and secure behind the scenes. Salesforce’s platform allows both the flexibility for rich personalized user experiences and the power to scale to meet various needs of this market.”

It was also paramount that the app be easy-to-use and match the brand that RentVue is creating. Ben Yaris, Forcivity CTO, used his web design background to create a completely customized interface for users to easily register for an account, add a property, and manage their information. “Usually when something is built on Salesforce, there is specific user interface look and feel. We created something totally unique to RentVue, it looks more like a web app than a Salesforce portal, which is exactly what the team wanted. We’re really pleased with the design feats we were able to accomplish.”

RentVue recently launched as a company this summer. Its team, founded by two brothers, has spent the last decade managing investment properties grew their business with from $0 to $7 million in maintenance tickets in the first two years.  RentVue is now accepting new members for its platform.
