The dashboard, part of RentVue’s Smart Manager, makes property management easier for property owners. Based on the vision from RentVue, Forcivity leveraged Salesforce as its base to create the platform. It automates many of the time-consuming tasks like lease management and renewal, repair tickets and maintenance, and legal maneuvers including evictions, drastically reducing the up-front property management costs that owners typically face, which can be up to 10 percent of the rent.
