Forcivity Continues Momentum By Receiving Runner-Up In The Flatley Challenge

 

Cloud-based data reporting and access platform startup will move headquarters to Nashua

 

Nashua, NH (January 25, 2017) — Forcivity, New Hampshire’s hottest startup (a cloud-based data reporting and access platform), announced today it has received runner up in the HiTech category of the 5th Annual Flatley Challenge and, as a result, will be moving its headquarters to the Nashua Technology Park (NTP).

Being named a runner up in the Flatley Challenge is the latest milestone for Forcivity. Back in October, the company, which was founded by Baines and Maxwell Lydstone, won second place and a $30,000 investment at the 2016 TechOut competition.

 

Forcivity (the name comes from combining “Force” and “Productivity”) is a platform that helps make life easier for Salesforce.com administrators by giving them unfettered access to Salesforce data while keeping that information secure and recoverable. This allows sales organizations to work more efficiently and productively, which can generate more revenue and increase sales employee retention.

 

The need to better manage huge amounts of data first became obvious to Baines during his time at EqualLogic when the company was acquired by Dell. Over the subsequent years, Baines and Lydstone, who was most recently Chief of Staff at the Burlington, Mass.-based Unitrends, became more immersed in the Salesforce ecosystem and realized there was a huge pain point that was going unsolved.

 

The large market opportunity, Forcivity’s unique platform and its growing customer base, which includes Thycotic and EnterpriseDB, are what impressed the judges of the Flatley Challenge.
