What are your interests and hobbies outside of Forcivity?

I love anything outdoors; hiking (any of the 40 of the 4,000 footers in NH), biking, stand up paddle boarding (SUP), and yoga.

I also have a passion for reading! My goal is to read 40 books for 2020 (currently on number 8).

What made you want to work for Forcivity?

I was drawn in by the culture. The people at Forcivity are now considered my family and I love that we have an environment that has cultivated such a positive force.

What do you think is the most important characteristic to have in this industry?

I think the most important characteristic to have is flexibility. Things constantly change, and you need to be able to adapt and change every single minute.

What does a good leader look like to you?

A good leader has compassion, trust and effective communication skills. Anyone can be a leader but it’s how you lead that will drive the effectiveness of the task.

Who is your favorite TV/Movie/Book character, or the one you relate to the most?

Marvelous Mrs. Maisel ‘Midge’. The reason why I love and relate to her is that she is consistently finding her voice and striking out on her own to forge her own path.

What’s your personal mantra?

Wine not!
