  • Localization
    Displays Saber components in any Salesforce supported language and provides a simple, flexible means to add and edit translated values.
    • User interface – All Saber user interface elements can be translated in the major Salesforce supported languages.
    • User created content – Any text you add to your components (e.g., titles, descriptions, etc.) can be localized and previewed directly within the component configuration page.
    • Adding / updating translations – Update and add translations directly from Saber, or export your user created content to a CSV formatted file. Update and import your translation changes.

    • Known issue: Guest and Customer Community license. The ‘show files and sub-folders to all users’ option for Guest and Customer Community license users requires adding a ContentDocumentLink to the Network (community) object. See the documentation for details.

    • Breadcrumb link not showing for some user types.
    • Folder Icon shows even though it was removed in the previous save.

  • Salesforce Summer 20 Guest access changes:
    • Important: The Settings / Sharing Settings / Secure guest setting is enabled in Summer 20 (with the option to disable) and for Winter 21 the setting cannot be disabled.

  • General improvements:
    • Language localization: Saber can now show UI components in the selected language from the Community settings.
    • Updated all component font classes to use true H1-H3, not the SLDS font equivalents.
    • ‘Help’ now opens the Forcivity Community for access to product documentation and support.
    • Component listing is now sorted alphabetically.
    • Saber can run with (recommended) or without Locker Service on within the community.
      • NOTE: The Libraries with Preview is not available with Locker Service turned off.
  • Libraries
    • The Library component has been enhanced:
      • You can now turn the ‘Card’ component icon and title on or off.
      • File previews work within multiple Communities in the same org.

    • The ‘Libraries with Preview’ component within Experience Builder should not be used.
